After leading creative work for brands like Fox Sports, Red Bull, and PayPal, I began to notice a pattern across industries and platforms. There was no shortage of content. What was missing was substance. Messaging felt disconnected. Stories lacked focus and direction. They didn't move the business forward.
Over time one thing became clear. The real challenge was never producing more content. It was choosing which story should lead the business right now. Without that decision, everything else feels like guesswork.
