After leading creative work for brands like PayPal, Red Bull, and Fox Sports, I began to notice a pattern across industries and platforms. There was no shortage of content. What was missing was substance. Stories lacked focus. Messaging felt disconnected. None of it moved the business forward.
Over time, one thing became clear. The real challenge was never producing more content. It was choosing which story should lead the business right now. Without that decision, everything else feels like guesswork.
